Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso.
H
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, about 7–9 inches below the waist.

Denim Waist
For jeans, measure your natural waist in inches. This number corresponds directly to your denim size (e.g., 26" = size 26).
